Oil lubrication systems

Overview

SMUS oil lubrication system is composed of SST series electric lubricator with dump valve, quantitative distributor and spare parts (such as pipes and fittings).

Oil lubricator: SST series include SST-B2, SST-J2 and SST-H2. According to the mechanical lubrication requirements of the machine tools, choose a suitable lubricator to ensure sufficient working pressure and discharging volume.

Metered distributor : DT / DXV / DFA / DAV

Pre-lubrication distributor : DXV / DFA / DAV
These pre-lubrication metering devices provide flexible options of delivering precise and controlled lubrication outputs which meet exact requirements for diverse applications such as bearings, bushings, pins and slides that help ensure each lubrication point receives the proper amount of lubricant. Which means you won′t have to worry about over or under lubrication.

Pre-lubrication metering device = Direct injector (pump pressure dispenses lubricant to the lube point)

Re-lubrication distributor : DT
These re-lubrication metering devices provide flexible options of delivering precise and controlled lubrication outputs which meet exact requirements for diverse applications such as bearings, bushings, pins and slides that help ensure each lubrication point receives the proper amount of lubricant. Which means you won′t have to worry about over or under lubrication.
