Different from most of oil lubricators with reservoir, the grease is available in cartridges so it is fully protected against external contaminants better than refilling with oil, resulting in a significant reduction in lubrication system problems.

Application:

  1. YGL-T series manual lubricator can be loaded with 400 c.c. grease cartridge at NLGI grade No.0
  2. SSG-D series electric lubricator can be loaded with 700 c.c. grease cartridge at NLGI grade No.0/00/000.
 

Remark:

  1. Grease permissible range from NLGI grade No.000 to No.2 at ambient temperature 40℃.
  2. Output volume & max. operating pressure based on NLGI grade No.0 of grease.
