- Interval lubrication - Delivers frequent and measured amounts of lubricant to each lubrication point.
- The lubricant metering is selectable in a range of 0.1 c.c. to 0.3 c.c. for each lubrication point.
- Effective in the field of the lubrication of chains, gear trains, and so on.
- Better machining performance and less lubricant consumption.
Oil+air lubrication systems
Distinguished by the fact that a metered quantity of oil is drawn into streaks in a lubrication line by a continuous air flow (compressed air) and is transported in the direction of the compressed air flow along the tube wall and to the lubrication point. A lubrication unit and a single-line distributor pumps a define quantity of lubricant to a mixing feeder. There, compressed air and oil are mixed and then carried out through the secondary line and to the lubrication point in the form of oil streaks.
Area of application:
Fields of application include the lubrication of chains, gear trains, and special applications in the steel industry.
Remark:
- Oil viscosity permissible range from 30 to 150 cSt. for YET series ; 30 to 250 cSt. for YA series at ambient temperature 40℃.
- Output volume & max. operating pressure based on 68 cSt. of viscosity.
- Air pressure requires 3~5kgf/cm2 for working operation pressure; recommend air pressure input at 4kgf/cm2
