Lubrication system components : DU / DJS
DU and DJS are pre-lubrication metering devices suitable for use with single-line, centralized lubrication systems for liquid grease.
Pre-lubrication metering device = Direct injector
Direct pump pressure dispenses lubricant to the lube point.
Remark:
- Grease permissible range from NLGI grade No.0 to No.1 at ambient temperature 40℃.
- Output volume & max. operating pressure based on NLGI grade No.0 of grease.
- Related test data on the table based on 110V/220V 60Hz of voltage and frequency.
- Refilling with the lubricant from the top of grease cup is restricted.
