Area of application

For small- to medium-sized machines that require continuous lubrication. Progressive systems provide continuous lubrication with precise dispensing amounts as long as the pump is in operation. Once the pump stops, the pistons of the progressive metering device will stop in their current positions. When the pump starts supplying lubricant again, the pistons will carry on where they left. Therefore, the progressive circuit of one outlet of the pump will stop when only one lubrication point is blocked. The blockage serves as a means of control and forces personnel to service the system.
 

Remark:

1. Grease permissible range from NLGI grade No.0 to No.1 at ambient temperature 40℃.
2. Output volume & max. operating pressure based on NLGI grade No.0 of grease.
3. Do not plug the outlet of distributor. It causes malfunction of entire system.
4. To reduce the number of outlets, purchase the optional auxiliary metal fitting: DU-00 (In this case, the dispensing amount will be doubled)
